Details of the work
- Around 4km 500 dia pipe line involve in this work which is 50% cost of the work.
- RCC circular semi underground sump of Capacity 185000 Gallon.
- 4500Cum hard rock excavation done by mechanical chiseling.
- 100% water proofing achieved in UG sump and pump house and after testing, not even a single point of leakage/ seepage observed.
- 04 nos of Centrifugal Pump Set 180 Hz success fully run.
- 500 KVA DG set tested and success fully run.
Quality
- Principles of Quality Assurance ( QA ) and Quality Control were followed on Site
- All stores required to be used were checked to be of correct specifications as per purchase orders.
- Sand/ Cement/ Aggregate were stored correctly to save from weather effect.
- Regular training of the labour/ work force by mates Supervisors/ Contractors/ Engineers on site.
- Skilled labour was used for all skilled works
- Physical tests were carried out to check stores
- Tile size variation & bend in tiles were checked
- Testing of plumbing and drainage work carried out as a routine.
- Waterproofing testing for UG Sump and slabs was carried out.
- A large number of tests were carried out off the site.

- Cube Crushing – Compression Strength
- Elongation & Flakiness index.
- Yield of concrete
- Compaction factor of concrete
- Soil compaction test
