Details of the project
- Total Fenced Area 116300 Sqm
- Total no of PV Module (325wp)17000
- Total 04 no of Inverter fixing with 02 container(1.43 MW )
- Hot dipped Galvanized (120 Microns as per IS 4759), CRC sheet 2(mm)as in rafters, purlins, bracings etc
- Stainless steel grade 304 screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each bolt to be fitted with 02 Nos plain & 01 No spring stainless steel washers and one hexagonal or square SS nut.
Quality
- Principles of Quality Assurance ( QA ) and Quality Control were followed on Site
- All stores required to be used were checked to be of correct specifications as per purchase orders.
- Sand/ Cement/ Aggregate were stored correctly to save from weather effect.
- Regular training of the labour/ work force by mates Supervisors/ Contractors/ Engineers on site.
- Skilled labour was used for all skilled works
- Physical tests were carried out to check stores
- Individual PV module Should be Checked
- Testing of plumbing and drainage work carried out as a routine
- Followed ISO 9001:2008 standards for Quality.
- Appointed Quality Engineer.
- Training of staff & workers on site , for good quality was ensured.
- Steel and concrete cubes were tested regularly as per requirement.
- All other items were tested and then brought to the site.
Test
- A large number of tests were carried out off the site.
- The list of tests include-
- Cube Crushing – Compression Strength
- Elongation & Flakiness index.
- Yield of concrete
- Compaction factor of concrete
- Soil compaction test
- Cement testing
- Sand Testing
- Aggregate Testing
- Mixed Design for various grade of Concrete – From M 10 to M 25
